All programs are performed conveniently in the privacy of your home or workplace. Fitness programs and workout sessions are customized to meet your individualized needs. Depending on your current level of fitness and comfort, your fitness program can incorporate any number of activities, such as warm-up and stretching, walking, low-impact aerobics and cardiovascular exercise, or resistance training. If you already have fitness equipment in your home, you will be encouraged to use it and will be provided with programs utilizing the equipment.
